We went to Fuego last night & it did not disappoint.
After hearing so many wonderful reviews on foodies, it seemed silly not to try their pizza.
They open until 9.30pm which works amazingly for us as we generally work late, not normally my fault!
We ordered the Burrata Pizza, the Fuego Pizza they also kindly gifted us some korean wings to try & some puds! We started with the Korean wings - Korean Dak gang jeong sticky chicken wings, garlic, chilli, soy and peanuts. OH MY GOD. They were sensational, the flavours that were packed into each chicken wing was amazing, the actual chicken wing was so moist too! Then we moved onto the Burrata, it was so fresh, perfect for a summers evening. The only criticism well its not really one more person preference i'd have a loved a little bit of cracked black pepper on the top, but that's my preference! The Fuego pizza was also delicious, i felt it reflected Fuego for who they are, A tasty pizza, with a bit of a kick. Just how we like it!
The lady that served me was lovely, she was talkative, and very friendly, a lovely welcome to our first visit to Fuego.
Whilst we ordered the pizza i also purchased two bottles of beer which was great for us as we wanted to sit down by the river. They also sell mini bottles of gin, which i ended up buying for a present!
I also loved the decor, it was funky, quirky but modern.
I cannot wait to return,
Thank you so much!
